Robert Milkins Captures Pink Ribbon Glory
Robert Milkins won the Pink Ribbon Pro-Am at the South West Snooker Academy in Gloucester.
The Englishman was one of the highest ranked professionals taking part in the annual fundraising event for breast cancer awareness. In total, 255 players entered the tournament with a sum of £9000 being raised for the Breast Cancer NOW Foundation.
Milkins became the eighth different champion of the Pink Ribbon since its inception by Paul Mount in 2010. The “Milkman” beat amateur Rob James in the final 4-2, having earlier defeated Ashley Carty and Craig Steadman, and collected £1400 as the top prize.a
