Happy Birthday Kolkata West Bengal's Cueist- Brijesh Damani
Brijesh Damani is a right hand cueist who was born on November 22nd, 1982 in Kolkata West Bengal. Damani did his schooling from Shri Daulatram Nopany Vidyalaya, Kolkata. Damani recently won the Asian Snooker Championship held at Cricket Club of India, Mumbai. He defeated Sourav Kothari by a stunning margin of 7-1 and bagged the title of CCI Snooker Championship. Also nominated for Arjuna Award in the year 2014 by Billiards and Snooker Foundation of India, Damani has the highest break of 196 in Billiards and 136 in Snooker. Apart from his latest success in 2018, Brijesh Damani has several trophies and championships credited to his name, and he has made the country proud more often than once, when he also won the Silver Medal in 2010 Asian Games held in China. Apart from being a snooker champion, Damani also follows Soccer, Cricket, F1 and Tennis.

He also won the 1st ever 10 red snooker tournament organised and sponsored by RKG Snooker at boat club in picturesque Nainital. In the final of RKG INDIAN 1ST 10-RED SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIP 2018 he defeated Lucky Vatnani 7-5 to clinch the coveted trophy presented by Mrs. & Mr. Ravindra Kumar Gupta.
