A CENTURY OF CENTURIES AT THE CRUCIBLE

Judd Trump’s break of 104 in the 25th frame of the Betfred World Championship final against John Higgins was the 100th century of the tournament.
The previous record of 86 which was set in 2015 and equalled in 2016, has been smashed.
Trump and Higgins have also set a new record for the most centuries in a single match in any tournament, having made 11 between them.
The front runner for the £10,000 high break prize is currently Higgins’ 143.
