CORAL TO DONATE 2750 TO JESSIE MAY

Last week's Coral Welsh Open produced 55 century breaks, which means a further £2,750 donated by Coral to Jessie May Children's Hospice at Home. Throughout the Coral Home Nations series, title sponsor Coral has donated £50 for every century break made to World Snooker's official charity. The total donation so far this season now stands at £12,350.
Jessie May Children’s Hospice at Home, based in Bristol, has become World Snooker’s official charity partner for the 2016/17 season. Jessie May provides a hospice at home service for terminally ill children, offering care to families in the Bristol area. Simon Clare, Coral PR Director, added: “The Coral Welsh Open was a fabulous week of snooker, culminating in an incredibly exciting final as Stuart Bingham edged out Judd Trump 9-8. Congratulations to all the players for producing a high standard of snooker throughout the week. We’re delighted to make this donation and to continue to support the tremendous work done by the Jessie May charity.”
Lindsey Horton, Corporate Partnerships Officer for Jessie May, added: “We don’t know how to thank Coral enough for their incredibly generous donations, or the players for contributing with each century break! It was an exciting week for us as we joined World Snooker in Cardiff and great to see our ambassador, Judd Trump, play so well in a final so close to home.”
