Indian snooker star Aditya Mehta wins first round match of Northern Ireland Open Snooker Tournament

RKG sponsored ace cueist from India shows great temperament and skills while defeating 102 ranked Englishman Sydney Wilson by 4-2 in first round of Northern Ireland Open Snooker Tournament at Titanic Exhibition centre in Belfast.
Aditya started well by taking tight first frame by 54-52 but Sydney Wilson came back strongly and equal the frame score 1-1 by taking second frame 66-57. Third frame also went to the wire and Aditya took it by 61-54.
Wilson once again shows his competitive skills and compiled a break of 71 to take the fourth frame by 73-15 and level the match at 2-2 frame. After the fourth frame Aditya raised his level of game and secured the fifth frame by 76-9 in which he compiled the break of 53.
In a best of seven frame match Aditya needed one more frame to win the match and he did not disappointed his fan by compiling a beautiful break of 77 to clinch the sixth frame by 77-3 and enters the second round.
He will now meet with Indian Open 2016 winner Anthony McGill from Scotland who is currently ranked number 18 on 16.11.2016 at 11.30 p.m.
