THREE-TON ROBERTSON HAMMERS LINES

Neil Robertson made three centuries as he beat Oliver Lines 6-0 to qualify for the final stages of the International Championship.
Robertson enjoyed one of his career-best seasons in 2018/19, winning three ranking titles, and the Australian started the new campaign in tremendous style by white-washing Lines in just 106 minutes. Breaks of 112, 50, 127, 115 and 50 helped Robertson secure his place in the last 64 in Daqing, China, in August.
Ryan Day scraped a 6-5 win in a Welsh derby against Jamie Clarke, winning a tense deciding frame by clearing from the last red to pink.
Yuan Sijun
China’s promising 19-year-old Yuan Sijun beat Gerard Greene 6-0 with high breaks of 108, 75, 57 and 66.
Jack Lisowski beat Chen Feilong 6-3 with top runs of 86, 55, 70 and 56, while Stuart Bingham top scored with 133 in a 6-1 defeat of Tian Pengfei.
The qualifying round in Sheffield runs until Monday.
