WELSH OPEN FINAL - EXTRA TICKETS RELEASED
Extra tickets for the final of snooker’s Welsh Open in Cardiff have been made available after the initial allocation SOLD OUT.
The tournament at the Motorpoint Arena runs from February 26 to March 4 with 128 players chasing the Ray Reardon trophy at the world ranking event which has been ever-present on the snooker calendar since 1992.
Stuart Bingham will be defending the title having beaten Judd Trump 9-8 in a dramatic final last year. It’s a star-studded line up this time again featuring top players including:
Five time World Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan
World number one Mark Selby
Four-time World Champion John Higgins
Eight-time ranking event winner Judd Trump
Asia’s top star Ding Junhui
Former World Champions Shaun Murphy and Neil Robertson
Snooker legend Jimmy White
Masters champion Mark Allen
All-time great Mark Williams
Home favourites Ryan Day, Michael White and Matthew Stevens
And many more….
High demand from fans meant the final sold out weeks in advance, so new seats have now been released in the balcony area. These are expected to sell rapidly so fans must book fast. Tickets for all other sessions are still available.
The Welsh Open is the last in the season’s Home Nations series, with titles already won by Ronnie O’Sullivan (English Open), Mark Williams (Northern Ireland Open) and Neil Robertson (Scottish Open).
A SPECIAL OFFER is currently running which means session tickets start at just £9 and all-day tickets at £18. But fans must get in fast to take advantage.
