Announcement Of Bengal Premier League 2017 Org. By West Bengal Billiards Association In Association With The Saturday Club

The much awaited Bengal Premier League will be taking place next week from 20th till 25th June 2017 at Saturday Club, Kolkata. The series is being organized by West Bengal Billiards Association.

The Press Conference was addressed by Mr. Pradip Saragoi, President, The West Bengal Billiards Association; Mr. Anil Poddar, Convenor, Bengal Snooker League; Mr. Brijesh Damani, Asian Games Silver Medalist, World Team Bronze Medalist and Mr. Sourav Kothari, Arjuna Awardee and World No. 2 in Billiards.

The first edition was held last year and that was a grand success. Having seen the over-whelming response, following additions have been incorporated:

 Last year there were nine teams, and now one more team added to make it perfect 10.
 
Addition of one more marquee player to make it two marquee players per team and each team will be having total 6 players.
 
Total Prize money is as follows:

Runner up Team                                :Rs. 3,00,000.00
Players of Winning Team              :Rs. 1,00,000.00
Players of Runner up Team          :Rs.    50,000.00
Total Prize money                             :Rs.9, 50,000.00
